A Bus Stand -Paragraph
-----------------------------
A bus stand is a
place where buses stop at and leave from. There the passengers get down
first from the bus and then get in the passengers waiting for the
arrival of buses. In big towns there are ''chaunis'' or tents at the
bus-stand.
Hawkers shout peculiar sounds to draw the attention of the passengers. They sell various things such as bettel-leaf, cigarettes, circuits, chanachur, banana and such other things. When the bus stops at the bus stand, the passengers rush towards the door.
The passengers in the bus try to get down first. The passengers waiting for the bus try to get in first. Taking this advantage the pick-pockets try to pick the pockets of the passengers. The bus stand always remains busy and crowded.
